Ria is the founder of Rivers Bridal and our sister company Ri Ri’s Prom and Outlet Store. Ria set up Ri Ri’s Prom 10 years ago and has loved serving thousands of customers over her years in business. Ria always felt so privileged to be included in the girls prom dress journeys and all the excitement that brings that it was a complete no brainer for Ria to delve into the realms of Bridal when the opportunity showed itself and to now be a part of all our Brides special journey is nothing short of magic.
Fun fact : Rivers Bridal is named after Ria’s daughter River.
Lucy
Manager
Lucy has an impressive 17-year background in customer service. She has gained skills in building strong relationships and cultivating with all of her clientele. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service has allowed her to excel in the bridal and prom dress industry.
Over the course of 12 months Lucy has successfully managed all three stores within the RiRis brand.
With a personalized approach, Lucy is dedicated to assisting you regardless of your shape & style preferences.
Her expertise ensures that you'll receive the guidance you need to find the perfect bridal or prom dress that aligns within your unique taste and preferences.
Fun fact - Lucy used to be cabin crew and has flown to over 20 destinations!

Deputy Manager
Becky has 15 years of experience in the field of customer service, including 6.5 years in management positions, she has consistently strived to deliver excellence in every interaction. Her career journey has led her to specialize in the intricate world of bridal services for the past 4 years.
In the bridal industry, Becky has found her passion and purpose. Over the last 4 years, she has immersed herself in the unique demands and nuances of this niche, working diligently to turn dreams into reality, taking immense pride in being a part of life's most cherished moments.
Fun fact about Becky she was a 3ton forklift driver in her past career!
