We understand all the emotions that our brides can feel before booking and during your appointment. Yes, embarking on your journey to finding your perfect dress can be very exciting, but it can also feel a little daunting and overwhelming.

We are so proud of our beautiful space (we’re not biased) and our brides seem to love it too. Ready to welcome you and your bridal party, are two separate individual and spacious changing suites. Each with their own seating area for your guest and enough mirrors to catch you at every angle.
Fancy some bubbles? You and your party can enjoy a glass of complimentary Prosecco, No’secco or teas and coffees during your appointment. We want you to be relaxed and to feel at home.
You’ll book your appointment online, and while you do, you’ll be asked a few questions so we can start getting to know you and what your are looking for before you even get to us.
Budget, initial thoughts on ideal style (although they often change) and timescale are all super important in helping us to bring you and your dream dress together.
Each designer works to different timescales and unfortunately the Pandemic has had an impact on supply and demand logistic, so we recommend to start looking for your dress as soon as possible.
Once you have fallen in love with your dream dress, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to generate the order. The remainder will be due when your gown is delivered to our store. Once your gown has been delivered to our store we will contact you to arrange your first fitting appointment, and settle your balance.
