You will be working with a professional bridal consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding your dream dress! Both you and your consultant will browse gowns and she will assist you putting them on, it definitely takes a helping hand!
Yes, but this fee is fully refundable if you attend your appointment. You may cancel 48hrs before and will be fully refunded however if you do not give enough notice or do not show up on the day you will loose the £20 booking fee.

Gowns start at £1000 and go up to around £2500 however we always have a large selection of ‘off the peg dresses’ for those on a smaller budget or those needing a dress in a shorter time frame. These dresses start at just £400 so we really do have budgets to suit everyone.
All wedding gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns are available on any gowns.
Specific prices can be obtained by our in house seamstresses but prices usually range from £100-£300
On average we like to start 2 months before the wedding however we can always expedite this if we need to.. This depends on the dress and the amount of work involved. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.
No we only offer alterations on dresses purchased with us.
Wedding gowns can always be taken in but its very difficult and sometimes impossible to let out a dress so we always advise ordering the gown in the size you are at your first fitting incase your weight loss goals do not go to plan.
Yes we are by appointment only.
Yes of course. As long as you give us 48 notice the appointment is fully refundable.
Yes you still need an appointment as the shop may be booked for another customer at the same time.

Nothing, just yourself and an open mind.
We advise 2 or 3 people maximum. Too many guests can create too many opinions and we have seen many a bride confused from so many contradicting opinions. Our shop is also quite small and intimate so we do not allow groups of 4 or more to avoid it feeling over crowded.
Yes we don’t mind taking pictures of you favourite gowns at the end of your appointment.

We recommend shopping as early as 18 months prior to your wedding date.

No we always have a huge selection of dresses ready to take away on the day.
We can sometimes pay a fee to expedite a dress to have it ready sooner than the usual order times.

If you have less than 6-8 months to your wedding date you might need a rush cut.
We will help schedule this with you when your collect your dress from us after it arrives in store.
Your dress, your wedding shoes and any underwear you plan on wearing with your dress.
1-3 depending on how much works needs doing but most are doable in just one fitting appointment.
We take 50% on order date and then balance on collection. We also have payment plan options too if required.
Only if you are buying a sale off the peg dress.
No we do not offer discounts apart from on our off the peg gowns.
We always have a big sale in August of each year however we do always have a large selection of dresses that are discounted and ready to be take on the day too.
From UK 8 to UK 36
All sample and sale dresses are paid in full and taken on the day.
No we do not store wedding dresses.
